Major Business Process

1. Employee creates purchase requisition.
2. Buyer receives Requisition in his/her Inbox
3. The Buyer validate requisition and select suppliers
4. Buyer creates RFQ by creating a vendor questionnaire based on the key performance criteria specified in the purchase requisition
5. Buyer checks Inbox status after sending RFQ
6. Supplier 1 responds
7. Buyer checks Inbox status
8. Supplier 2 responds
9. Buyer checks Inbox status
10. Buyer compares Quotes, and Finalizes Vendor
11. Shopping Cart Created

Key Features

1. The Solution allows creation of rich vendor evaluation questionnaire which can incorporate "soft" parameters beyond pricing or delivery terms.
   
2. Ability to evaluate supplier responses based on product performance characteristics, and meeting the project urgencies.
   
3. Supplier uses Adobe interactive forms to provide detailed responses, and emailing them to the Buyer.
   
4. Buyer is able to evaluate suppliers beyond the lowest price criteria. The final procurement decision is documented for future auditing purposes.
